Oceanfront Cape on Newbury Neck, Surry. Stunning Views of Acadia Nat'l Park
- Relax in Maine at this oceanfront cape style cottage on a 20 acre lot. 1000' ocean frontage allows for unprecedented privacy. Spectacular views of Acadia National Park and the surrounding islands make this property one of a kind. The attached enclosed sun porch is the perfect spot to view the bay and mountains. Also there is an attached open deck. Feel free to bring your own kayak for adventure on the ocean. The house is located near the end of Newbury Neck Road which provides a sense of serenity not often found.
The 'beach' in front of the house is a great place to bring the kids for an afternoon of fun. The bay has gentle waves lapping on the shore, no crashing surf. Toast your marshmallows or have a campfire in your outside fire pit. There is a gas grill for outside cooking.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. All linens/towels are provided. There is a washer and dryer your convenience. 2 bedrooms downstairs with a queen bed in each and the upstairs loft area has two more queen beds.
