「The hotel was neat clean and inviting. The reception area had a pleasant fruity aroma and was nicely decorated. The room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was included and was excellent which gave us a good start to our day. The staff was pleasant and the amenities were fine. Hotel location was central and convenient.」

We had to wait 45 mins for our room to be ready when we arrived at our check-in time (3pm) - while the lobby area is really nice, I wish they had offered to hold our bags and let us hang out in the terrace bar or other guest-only areas while we waited, or given us some idea of how long the wait would be.
