HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to “Karma’s A Beach”! This charming 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located in the heart of Surfside is just 0.2 miles north of Surfside Pier. Conveniently located to easily walk to the beach and close by family-friendly restaurants. A well-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops complete with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. The first floor features a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The other three rooms are located on the second floor. The additional master bathroom on the second floor features a double sink, walk-in tile shower, and private balcony. The exterior of the home features a back porch overlooking the fenced-in backyard and pool that offers seasonal pool heat (fees applies). The raised beach style of this home allows parking for up to three vehicles.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bathmats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Beach Weekend

Everything you need

Located very convenient to the beach. Beautiful pool in the back yard. Bedrooms all have bathrooms. All rooms are very nice and good size Property owners are the best to deal with making the stay one to remember. Great time Will stay there again for sure

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at Karma’s a Beach! The house was perfect for our needs with two families. Kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house has everything for you besides your groceries and linens.

Vacation Cut Short

The property was well maintained and Greg was very helpful with any issues. We did have issues out of his control that took time out of our week and also caused us to not be able to use the pool at the end of the week. Construction on a house and pool was being done and blew cement dust over all the pools and decks in the surrounding area. We also had to listen to the construction noise during the week when we were outside. The pool is finished and the house is almost done, so renters wont have to worry about this in a few weeks. The house was lovely but next time we will stay on the oceanfront.

Awesome place to stay!

We just stayed at karmas a beach for 8 days and it was awesome! We were down for bike week so the location was perfect and close to everything going on. Location in general great also with plenty of places to eat, grocery store etc and the beach. The house was clean, kitchen stocked well we made dinner two nights and we had everything we needed. There’s lots of pool “toys” and beach chairs to take to the beach. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Greg was easy to get a hold of if you need anything and super nice. Side note to future renters the only thing you’d need is linens! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The best family vacation.

We had the best time staying here. Walking distance to the beach (even with little ones). The area is beautiful and quiet. Greg was easy to contact when needed and his home was wonderful. Clean, spacious and rooms with a bathroom for all of us. We can’t wait to return!

Good time great place

Place was very nice and enjoyable . It had everything we needed and then some. Owner was friendly and easy to reach. One small hiccup was we ordered linen package and they were not delivered on day of arrival. Greg resolved the situation quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Karma’s a Beach - wonderful!

Owner was very responsive to our one question. Kitchen was well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was awesome for 5 year olds and adults! Close to the beach, which was crowded but to be expected. Great having plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards available for all of us. Nice area. Close to everything you would want but nice, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful week in S.C.

Amazing Family Vacation!

This was a beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation! Greg the owner was top notch in terms of assistance and communication. We loved everything about the home but for our group of 9, the best part was the pool and the ability to have our own spaces and bathrooms off of each room. We walked to the beach almost every day! The proximity is great especially with little ones. If you are looking for a wonderful, clean home to make memories in in surf side beach, don’t pass Karma’s A Beach up!

Best family vacation!!

My family stayed at Karma’s A Beach June 5-12. What a great experience! The house was perfect for our family. It was great that every room had its own bathroom and the bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated that since we always eat most of our meals at the house. There is also an extra refrigerator in the downstairs closet and it came in super handy! We had one small issue and Greg, the owner was so attentive and had it fixed quickly. The walk to the beach was also easy and quick. About a 5-10 minute walk. The only downside which has nothing to do with the home is that the beach was VERY crowded. We would have to get out there early to put up our tent and claim our spot. But the greatest part of our day was coming back to our private pool and playing basketball in the pool. Who knew a basketball goal would be so much fun in a pool? I highly recommend this home. It is clean, spacious, updated, and well stocked with the little extras(trash bags, dishwashing detergent, clothes washing detergent, hand soap) that make it so comfortable. Thanks to the Conner family for letting us stay at your home. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this beautiful beach house. Everything so well kept and described accurately in the listing description. The pool was great and our girls didn’t want to come out. The beach is a short and easy one block walk to get to. The owner was so helpful and excellent in terms of quick communication. Karma is Great!

We loved our stay. We had to get in touch with property owner and he was quick to return our call to help with the door lock. He answered all of our questions prior to the trip. During Covid we wanted a get away before kids went to school and our lives got any busier- and this was a great, safe vacation. The beach was beautiful and clean. Not very busy, it’s a block away. The pool was fun as well. We brought all of our meals to avoid going out to public places. Just a great family vacation with 2 other families.
