"This is not a hotel, it's a very basic hostel at best. There were no facilities other than the beds. No coffe making facilities or even a TV!"

"Lift to the Pleney was 5 minute walk and if that’s too much you can hire lockers for your ski gear which we did (with 5 kids we felt it easier). The chalet is plentiful, clean and has everything at your doorstep, even the bakery within 7 min walk at 6:30 for fresh pastries. Will definitely be back - massive thanks Matt, we had the time of our lives! "

"Perfect location in between super Morzine & le Pléney lifts! Apartment is lovely!! Very spacious! Ideal addition would we boot warmers in the locker room. Especially this time of year with slushier slopes! Other than that 100% would stay here again "

"Positive: The keys were left in a key safe with the host sharing the code via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. The chalet was clean and well-equipped, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which worked well for us as a party of 3 families. A nice touch was the small welcome hamper of wine and crisps alongside lots of useful items for cooking such as salt, coffee pods, spices, and sugar, etc. The chalet is located a short walk from town, which is easy if you use the lifts to the main streets and the Petit Train to get across town - this was especially useful when in ski boots, etc. Negative: The chalet was very warm even with the thermostat turned down and the windows open, (however, this is better than it being cold)."

"Excellent communication throughout, apartment exactly as described and shown in photos. Great location, warm, well equipped. Amazing shower, beds comfy. Easily big enough for three adults and room to store bags and to dry wet kit. Might be tight for four adults but would be good enough. Highly recommend- hopeful to come back summer or winter. "
