I believe the noise was from other guests as the restaurant exit is nearest to the rooms and that entry/exit closes at 10pm. We apologise for the noise you experienced, which I assume was from your neighbour, as we have no noise complaints logged that night. If given the opportunity, the management team could have resolved any issues for you right away. Also, we only had you booked in for 1 night with us. Nevertheless, this is definitely not the overall experience our guests are used to, so we hope you give us another chance to improve.
