Enjoy your next holiday in this stylish, contemporary, luxury family home. Polished concrete floors flow into a single cast concrete island bench which forms the centre piece of the integrated open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. From the entrance external artwork to the bathroom detailing and overall property layout there is a thoughtfulness and quality to the buildings design.

The accommodation is professionally decorated with sophisticated modern finishes and conveniences. A covered private patio with built in concrete bench seat and bush outlook, is the perfect place to relax within the fully fenced and gated yard.

Located only a short walk from Yaroomba beach this exceptional pet friendly property is perfect for your next family holiday or some quality time with friends.

It is only a short drive down the road to Coolum`s shops, beaches, cafes and restaurants. The property`s central location can also be used as a base to explore the greater Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

Please note - this property is Dog friendly - not suited to cats.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* This property is dog friendly - not suited to cats. We just ask that you pick up and deposit in the bin any surprises that are left behind in the yard.
We trust owners to best understand their pets and ensure that no damage occurs to the property and its furnishings.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. The house was not maintained to a hygienic standard there was noticeable dust and stains throughout, and worse, the lounge cushions had ticks that caused itching and discomfort.When I raised these concerns with the property manager Jonathan, instead of addressing the issues, he dismissed my feedback and claimed to have photos and reports proving otherwise. Despite repeated requests, none of this so-called evidence was ever shared with me, which only added to the frustration and lack of accountability.For the nightly rate and the way the property is advertised, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Close to a beautiful beach

Perfect location for me and my doggo. Easy walk to a park and lovely beach. The house has a lush green lawn and well fenced to let the dog outside. I enjoyed the coffee machine and kitchen and Johnathon was a great host answering my questions quickly and giving me all of the needed info. Thanks!

Perfect for a mid-week mini break

We loved the house and location for a few days away. We enjoyed the headland walk to Coolum Beach and explored the Eumundi Markets one day as it wasn’t too far away and an even shorter drive to Peregian Beach another day. It has everything you need and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great place easy beach access and lovely yard

A fantastic, functional house that is a short walk to the beach. The house was beautifully presented, clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay here and our break from the city.

Our joint family holiday was well accommodated for. Adequate space in bedrooms and living rooms. Modern and quality finishes. What we saw in the pics is exactly what we got. We loved walking to the beach everyday. Location was short drives to shops and mountain hikes. We highly recommend this property 👌

Lovely long weekend

Very modern property with great facilities. We appreciated the basic pantry items and coffee beans stocked in the kitchen. As the property was fully fenced we were also able to take the 2 small dogs. A more substantial outdoor table and chairs would be nice to sit outside at the end of the day with a wine and nibbles. The house is close enough to the beach to walk to and from-great weather made for a perfect break away.

Excellent property + great location

The property was modern, clean and a 3 min walk to the beautiful Yaroomba beach. The whole family, including our fur kid loved it. Jonathan is a great host, very easy and friendly to communicate with.

Yaroomba Stay

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and decor of the property. It was big enough for 7 adults and 1 toddler and the garage was able to accomodate a ute and a medium size car. The kitchen was fully equipped with neccessary items for cooking, coffee/tea, etc. There were games and children's toys that were useful during our stay. I usually don't sleep well in unfamiliar places but in this case the bed and pillows were comfortable resulting in a well rested getaway. The host, Jonathan was quick to respond with our questions. The location of the property was within walking distance to the park, beach and coffee place.

Great House in Yaroomba at the Sunshine Coast

A very nice house in Yaroomba on the Sunshine coast, only a short walk to the beach, there is a coffee shop and Thai takeaway shop across the road and plenty of other places within a short drive.

Really nice house and stay

We had a great stay for 3 nights at Yaroomba. House is on a main-ish road but traffic was never much and you'd have no idea inside the house. Really well laid out with lots of space for a decent sized group with a seperate second lounge as well. Well provisioned with everything you would need. There is a large aircon in the main living area and then there are fans in the bedroom. In late Jan and 30 degrees it wasn't an issue due to the all the concrete as a combo of fans and the main aircon kept the house more than cool enough. Cafe and Thai a 1 min walk away, beach close. The headland walk around to coolumn and the small beached in between was fantastic. Just a note to dog owners the front and back yards aren't seperated by gates but the gate at the front of the property is secure. Just to be aware of if you have an outside dog when entering and leaving the property. Communication was good with Jonathan and we had no issues with the whole process. entry was easy via code etc. Overall it is a very nice house in a good spot close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house in beautiful location, close to a quite beach. House was very well presented, clean and tidy. Property Manager was easy to deal with and quickly resolved any concerns we had. Will stay here again
