"Our stay was great, the host was very responsive and resolved issues that arose promptly. We appreciated the ease of communication. The location was fantastic, being steps away from the beach! We did have a few issues with only partial outlets working which was frustrating with a house full of people. Also, it would be nice if a laundry basket was provided as the laundry is downstairs on the ground level which made carrying laundry up and down the stairs a bit tricky. Also, more hooks for towels...

Luxurious Sunset Beach Home On The Water With Pool, Boat Dock and Golf Cart

"This was our second time staying in this house and this time was just as great as the last. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house is a huge highlight as it is the most important thing and that is a crucial point to note. We are very clean guests that like to keep things the way they were when we arrived and we like to respect the house and hospitality. The elevator always makes unloading the car a lot easier. The golf cart with paid parking was a huge perk and made it very easy to visit the beach and family in a nearby house. The pool is our main reason staying here. It is a perfect way to cool off during the hot days and we love that there are plenty of chairs under the overhang when the sun becomes too much. The view out back and sitting on the dock in the back as well as fishing has you realizing exactly why this is our happy place. So calm and relaxing. We are already planning our next trip to stay here as this house has become so familiar to us and feels so homey when away from home. The only tiny points (and this is me nitpicking) are that the skillets could use upgrading to be nonstick as everything we cooked stuck to them and made cleanup a bit more difficult and the knives could use sharpening so prepping meals is easier. Otherwise, the house is fully stocked and everything even in the garage makes this for a very enjoyable stay."

"This was a last minute trip and we feel lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. There’s definitely thought put into this home. Like having an outlet strip on the nightstand. No more looking for a hidden outlet behind an headboard to plug in your electronics. Everything was wonderful. It was clean, had all the necessities for a mini-vacation (here 4 nights), close to the beach, close to restaurants (Oyster Rock!!), and a Food Lion. There’s a Dollar General close too that has food items and beach gear. There’s a pool right outside (didn’t use) the condo with grills and games. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a couples trip. Communication was great and the entire trip was a smooth process. I’m already looking at my calendar…"

"We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Excellent location and host communication was the best I have had. The unit was well stocked and comfortable - one of the pools was not in use so our host ensured we received a pass to get us into another. There were four of us and everyone agreed it was a terrific experience."
