It's a beautiful time to visit! Golf course, 3rd floor, elevator, pet friendly!

A very spacious third floor condo with an easy walk to the elevator located in the beautiful community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with views of the golf course. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full size refrigerator. This bedroom also has a bistro table and a sleeper sofa. There are three flat panel televisions and three DVD payers in the condo to enjoy. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and enjoy the screened in balcony that overlooks one of three golf courses. This is the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or an afternoon of golf. The beach is 1.5 miles from our condo. The Champions complex has a pool available for our guests to use free of charge. The community of Sea Trail hosts The Village Activity Center (pool, jacuzzi, indoor pool, gym) available for guest use for an additional fee. Linens and towels are provided for you during your stay. Sunset Beach is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 am and after 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and all day during the rest of the year. We are a dog friendly condo. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. We are sure you will love our condo as much as we do. We would love to invite you to stay!

Heather has thought of every little detail with this condo! It’s clean, decorated nicely (perfect beach-town vibes!) and met all of our needs as a family of three (two adults/one 10 yr old)…..though the condo could easily suit a bigger group! We had no issues with our stay, loved the easy and close access to pools, beach, restaurants and so many fun things to do! We would definitely stay in this unit again! Owners were very prompt to communicate during booking process too! Five stars all the way around! Thank you!!!

The condo was very clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything one needs to prepare food. Host is very pleasant and friendly. Nice sidewalks to walk the dog. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

My husband and I were thrilled with this property. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with beach decor and all the amenities made for a relaxing stay. We have stayed at several properties in Sea Trail over the last couple of years... this was the best by far.

This property was ideal for our extended family getaway. The mini suite was perfect for our son and his family to have their own space. The condo was very clean and I am extremely picky! We had everything we needed so really enjoyed ourselves even with a tropical storm warning and lots of rain. We especially appreciated the host’s timely responses to all of our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed with the kitchen. D/W and stove were old and needed updating. Some of the kitchen tools looked like cast offs from the owners kitchen. We only had two teaspoons and other things were unorganized and hard to find. Bring your own paper towels because the ones provided were flimsy. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Owner responded immediately when we needed instruction on operating TV remotes in living room. Overall, I would say the condo was adequate but probably would not book again.

We had scheduled our long weekend a few months ago. Unfortunately, Tropical Storm Debbie was aiming at Sunset Beach at the beginning of our stay. I asked the host if we could cancel our trip. Since we were outside of the cancelation period we could only cancel if there was a mandatory evacuation. Understandable. The host was gracious enough to allow us to change the dates to later in the week since they had availability. Not everyone in our party of three could make the new dates work so I went to the condo by myself. Condo and location are perfect.

This property was located in a nice quiet area, which is just what I needed. With the directions from the host check in was a breeze. The condo was lovely, set an all beach decor that made relaxing easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here over and over again. Highly recommend. Absolutely PERFECT ‘home away from home’ experience! The property was immaculate, accessible, and very cozy. The decor is consistent through the floor plan and gives you all the ‘beach feels”. The sliding glass door to the screened porch was a bit tricky to open and close, but otherwise, a flawless Mother’s Day weekend. Communication with the host was flawless and super quick. Looking forward to our next trip to this unit!!

The property was fantastic, well furnished, clean, and smelled great. It had some nice updates, and new sofas since we rented a couple months ago. We loved all the daylight, since it was an end unit. The lights on the balcony were really cool at night. They had a remote and the color could be changed. We hope to rent again next year.

Fabulous decor, clean, and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean with new plush towels. The balcony slider did not work at all and could not utilize the balcony which was a real disappointment as the weather was fine! Also the air handler closet and filter in the mini suite bath closet was in severe need of replacement with abundant dust which did adversely impact my allergies.

Started off with a glitch but resolved it quickly. The rental was really nice. Plenty of room for the four of us close to beach which we enjoyed everyday. Very comfy beds and nice little patio which is screened in. It had a great view of the golf course. We all had a great time Lisa was quick to answer any questions. Would recommend
