Bed was very comfortable, room clean ,and quiet, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, no fruit. Water took a while to heat up in the sink and shower otherwise everything was great.

Cute hotel that looks like it’s been recently remodeled! Very clean and nice especially for the price. Our room had a balcony and the pool area was a plus. We asked for late check out because we had another event later on in the day and the staff accommodated us easily for just $30 for an extra 3 hours. The front desk staff was very friendly and when I called about purchasing a razor, they had a complementary razor shaving gel set for me. Will definitely stay again!

Overall great location. I felt safe there, parking my car in the garage and overall in the neighborhood. The walls are very thin and I was up at all hours hearing the TV from the next room! I was asked if I wanted housekeeping and I said yes. During my stay, housekeeping came exactly ONCE. The worst was the breakfast. I asked for half and half for my coffee. “ we only have oat milk” Twice!!! The food selection is downright poor. There’s room for improvement.

The walls are paper thin so if your next door neighbor is loud and noisy at 2am, you're going to suffer ! Even though the staff is super friendly and helpful, they didn't move my room even though I got no sleep the first night (went to bed at 10:30pm, fell asleep at 2:30am due to noisy guy next door). When I asked to be moved, they said they would get back to me with some good options but ultimately they didn't move me and claimed they took care of the problem and it should not be me who has to move, etc. etc. But the real reason they didn't move me (and they admitted) is that the hotel was full. I asked them to move me in the early morning so I still don't understand why they could not move some people around to make it work. I ended up buying earplugs and turning on the AC to drown out the noise. I hate to write a poor review because this is a nice place and I think my experience is just bad luck as most people are courteous and don't call their friends at 1am and laugh out loud.

Although it was very clean some areas were a bit out dated. Unless you are looking for oriental food not much to eat within walking distance. Overall clean with friendly staff

From not having a room available at check in time, to the rudeness of the front desk staff - who told me she had no idea when a room would be ready, to the hair and makeup on the supposedly clean towels, to finding out upon checkout that they didn’t have any record that I had checked in (despite having run my credit card for a room deposit/incidentals and giving me a key) - which means they could have assigned my room to anyone else who checked in and given them a key to my room while I was in it - this was the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had. And with the amount I’ve traveled over decades - that’s saying something. The room didn’t have a window to the outside despite being “one of the best rooms we have”; it was loud from the noise coming from both the lobby/restaurant area even 3 levels up and from some non-stop droning noise that wasn’t the A/C unit, and even with all the lights on, the room was depressingly dark. Staff was unhelpful and clearly didn’t like working there. Never again will I stay at any of these properties.

Everything was great. My only critique would be on the breakfast food. It was very simple but the day the tater tots were served they were hard and stale. So maybe improve the quality of the food? Or keep an eye on it better so it doesn’t go bad as fast

This hotel is clean. The staff is courteous. If there’s anything I’d like to point out is that the AC doesn’t seem to be working. I’m just glad that the weather is cool. Overall, I shall come back whenever I’m around the area.

the staff when I checked in was relatively unfriendly, girl at counter was curt. man who checked me in was relatively curt as well. room had something splattered all over ceiling (ew) and bathroom toilet was broken, such that every other minute, it made a weird gushing noise that made it hard to sleep.
