"One of the prettiest and best places I’ve stayed. Everything you could want out of a stay in Vermont! They went above and beyond to make it a great experience! "

"8 adult family members stayed here over the 4th of July. I'll start by saying that the property is gorgeous, spacious, and in a wonderful location. That said, there are a few things that renters should be aware of. 1) It comes with an excessively lengthy, finicky (and somewhat obnoxious) list of instructions on how to respect "its beauty, elegance, technology & engineering" which you don't receive until 2 days prior to check-in. This includes a laundry list of "DO NOT touch" and "DO NOT FORCE" items as well as how much the house costs to own per day. The sinks & floors are "concrete, porous... expensive... handmade...way cool" so you must wipe up any spills immediately. 2) There are multiple printed copies of instructions. Some of these contradict each other and check-in instructions relative to things like taking garbage with you, washing bed linens etc.) 3) Management was not responsive during our stay. When we arrived, there was garbage strewn across the driveway and the grill was disheveled (greasy paws on the deck, likely a bear!) dirty, and not hooked up to propane. We texted & messaged management via the portal several times and were told they were doing their "best to organise someone to come to the property tomorrow and clean the grill and hook up the propane." Never heard back.Overall, if a house is this precious, the owners may not want to rent it to the public. And if they do, customer service should match expectations put on the renters."
