perseverance in Soleftea
There was a major problem with check in. We did not receive the email wit check in instructions. It took a long while to get in touch with the local manager through the Hotels.com office. when he did arrive everything was fine - except that the oven didn't work!

Still lots of room for improvement
Positive: Easy access, everything clean. Quiet location.Negative: as first guests water supply and heating for hot water had to be started first. Drain in the kitchen clogged. Mixer tap of the shower defective. Door to bathroom could not be closed. Lighting in the rooms incomplete. Heating did not ...
