"Spent 7 days in march for spring training. It's a ways from Peoria, but central to other things we wanted to explore. First off they claim room refresh every two days... on day two the refresh was good, day 4 all that was done was replace towels, no cleaning, toilet paper no soaps ect.had to go front desk for T.P. day 6 was done properly, it seemed to depend on the crew working that day/floor. Lot's of restaurants nearby, right next to ASU. Breakfast was very good. On site rooftop bar has overpriced drinks with short pours but a lovely sunset view. Go to any nearby bar for better value. Did not try the lobby bar, but the same bartender was there training the girls who made way better drinks. I get the high price, just make the drink worth the price. Don't forget to include the $16 per day parking fee into your total cost. "

"Luv the way the motel is laid out around the pool. Room was large and had all the essential appliances. The pool club had billiards, air hockey, and fuseball. Very comfortable atmosphere!"

"It’s a sweet hotel, and super friendly staff. The room is very clean. We had breakfast vouchers which can cover a drink and a sandwich/avocado bagel/etc. We had a great stay! Recommend 👍"

"We booked this vacation with the intention of swimming and laying by the pool. We grocery shopped since there was a kitchen. But an hour after checking in, we got a message that the pool was closed indefinitely during our stay. After many back and forth messages with Cozy Suites, I was told we could not cancel, but would be compensated for the days the pool was closed. So we left right away, booked a hotel nearby, and had to throw away some of the groceries since we no longer had a kitchen. On the day we would have checked out, the pool was still closed, so I messaged about getting compensated and all they were willing to do is about 1/5th of the total cost. This was unacceptable to me, so I will be in contact with my credit card company and my attorney. Also - the parking app did not work, but they said that was not their problem. I am very unhappy with all of this."
