"This place was ideal for a Christmas sojourn with our family (min age 30). The house is well stocked with equipment; is very pretty; and is away from the hustle and bustle of Cowes (over Christmas).

"When we arrived, the host had no idea that we booked the place, but said we are welcome to stayThe bedsheets were not clean, some with blood stains, others with hairAnts infestationNo WiFi, not phone reception (we are with Optus).Kids playground has a torn jumping trampline, dangerous for kidsDogs off the leash, barking not friendly, scared out little kidsNo recycling facilityNo washing/drying machine and limited cooking facility (no oven, few utensils), only a microwave: not suitable for longer stays.Frankly, extremely disappointed and regretting booking it there. Our saving grace was being out all day, only coming home to sleep."
