「Convenient location ,good hospitality and clean rooms 」

「Great hotel!Very clean! it’s 15min to the Assi ghat on foot! I'm grateful to receive 1 liter bottles of water.」

「シャワーが水しか出ない事を相談すると、お湯を出すには追加料がかかると言われました。サービスかと思った朝の飲み物も有料でした。クーラーも無いです。スタッフのホスピタリティが全くなく、今までで最低なホテルでした。日本人なら行かない方がいいです。」

「My stay at hotel white house varanasi was wonderful, the location is excellent, just a short walk to kashi Vishwanath temple and the ghats. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-kept, with all the basic amenities one could ask for. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always checking if we were comfortable.」

「A great hotel with fantastic staff. A new modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is great with excellent and fresh food. A comfortable room with comfy beds and excellent shower. A great option as the hotel in only a short walk to Assi Ghat too. Highly recommended. 」

「Decent property - new construction with lot more to cone」

「No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights.」

「On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved. 1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr. 2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....

「The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate.」
