「It took over an hour and a half to check in and then when we got into the room, it was so late we couldn’t enjoy anything because we had surgery the next morning and then the room wasn’t clean. Lights didn’t halfway work and it was supposed to be a big double room, but it wasn’t. It was small so I was a little disappointed with that.」
