"This is my wife and I's favourite hotel, we love staying here, I think the cleaning staff do an amazing job, as the rooms are always clean and immaculate, topped up wit all the essentials, the, unsung heroes in my opinion! Some of the front of house team are the warmest and most welcoming, people I've ever met, I have say thank you to Maria for looking after us in such a high degree, she left us feeling we wished we could have stayed longer, which we will do next time because of her warmth and regards to us and her other guests, she deserves to be nurtured to growth and ... IBIS, you can't pay enough for what she gives your hotel and us, id also like a special mention, and share our appreciation to Gorsia{Manager}, in ore and appreciation of her enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethos, couldn't thank her enough for her attention to detail and all our needs. We enjoyed our breakfast, only thing I'd add is bring back the fried/poached eggs! "Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and the restaurant on 14th floor was beautiful. I do recommend arriving early for dinner as there was an hour wait for us at 1900 hours. Will definitely be returning "

"Arrival and check in was all good, restaurant was good great food. We stayed with a wedding party, so we had quite a few rooms. I believe the rest of the parties rooms were fine however my room was on the second floor. We we had suitcases to carry to the second floor, large mother of the bride dresses with a large hat box and accessories. This was extremely difficult for myself because I was leaving the hotel at different times from other people. I was in a hurry with time. I’m trying to get my belongings downstairs for my transport. So please be aware if you’ll ever have a wedding party ask for rooms on the ground floor. My main issue with the room was the heat. The radiator was on max, the window was extremely small even when we turned the radiator off the heat just did not seem to go down. Coffee facilities were fine however I never understand why hotels do not leave enough milk the shower was fine however it was a very tight cubicle and trying to have some self-care was extremely hard. I am only 5 foot one and weigh 120 lb so I have no idea how larger people did it. Also, my room was in the attic roof the roof draped over the bed. This was extremely claustrophobic on top of the room being probably one of the smallest they had. Needless to say I didn’t sleep at all which wasn’t great for the day ahead. My advice is if you have a wedding party staying, think ahead unlike I did. "

"Our room in the Main building was spacious & spotlessly clean. Our greeting on arrival was warm & efficient. The free parking is ideal. Well done & thank you to the whole team."
