The detached holiday home built in 2020 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.LocationSukošan. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property. Specialair conditioning.Facilities: internet access (WLAN), phone and pc. TV reception takes place via satellite. PoolAll pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from end of May to mid September, 4 m x 7 m, depth 1,5 m). Dogsallowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Villa Family ,es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war sehr ,sehr sauber. Mateo der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . Restaurants , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jedenfall nochmal wieder kommen.L.g. Familie Schmidt
