This house was so nice. Very clean and spacious! They have it very nicely set up! I fixed the clocks lol the clocks were all the wrong times. Lol the only thing that bothered us was the plumbing or something is really loud in the apartment, so when sleeping in the room all night you could hear like a dripping noise or if it was from the space heaters so it made it a little hard to sleep but it was a great stay! Would recommend and would stay there again

Overall a very nice place to stay. Very clean and the couch was great for watching tv at night.Has all the kitchen stuff you need to either prepare your own meal or just sit and enjoy a coffee. The Rice crispy squares and other snacks were a nice touch! The Keurig machine was a nice touch -- we travel with our own pods and could make coffee as we do at home. Would stay again the next time in Sudbury. Also, very close to Science North and some great restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I selected the property because of its location. Science North is within a walking distance. It’s a basement apartment. I thought it’s the first floor. Upon arriving at the property we were pleasantly met with a beautiful, well decorated apartment style unit. All the amenities were provided that we would have needed and a few extras. This was a lovely apartment. Clean, spacious, and welcoming. Communication was friendly and very helpful. Only suggested improvement might be with shower taps, so water-temperature doesn’t change suddenly after it seems to have been set.

This property was beyond excellent. It contained everything that was stated in the listing and was very clean and cozy. Host was so pleasant and supportive for us and it was so appreciated. Lovely 1 bedroom apartment

We stayed for 2 nights in a well located 1 bedroom basement apt on Lake Nepahwin in downtown Sudbury. The apt had large windows, was well stocked and very clean. There were only 1/2 dozen stairs in a separate entrance to access it. Communication was excellent with the host.
