"The staff were informative and friendly. The room was clean, smelled freshly disinfected which I found comforting, and had a working air conditioner. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. There is a restaurant, a pool, a sauna, and a hair salon on site. The location was right downtown, which was convenient for me. Unfortunately there are a lot of drug users hanging out in the neighbourhood, but the hotel has no control over that and I felt safe inside the hotel. The parking lot entrance could use some repaving. Overall, quite nice."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I liked that the property was pet-friendly, and the rooms were clean and in good condition. The breakfast options were also good, with a nice variety to choose from. It would be even better if they offered EV charging stations on-site. That was the only thing missing."
