"I was extremely impressed by the hospitality and staff going above and beyond to please the clients. The room is very well prepared with all the necessary (excellent coffee and tea), all toiletries. "The place had everything from a variety of tea bags to soft clean robes, even honey packets for your tea! This place gives everything you can imagine and the pool was definitely the best part! It has 2 amazing water slides and you can order drinks while in the pool. Definitely the best hotel ever!"

"They did not find our registration and took a while to sort that out. Afterwards the person checking us in took forever to have over our keys. The hotel room had water dripping onto the floor which was a hazard. The air conditioner also stopped working overnight. Overall This was a terrible stay. "

"I came with my daughter, her husband and their baby. The staff was very accommodating. The property is clean, modern and has coffee available 24/7 which is a nice perk for this coffee lover! We would stay here again. Also, the price is reasonable for the wonderful value The Nest provides. "

"A szoba és a szálloda a képeknek megfelelő. A bejelentkezésnél volt egy kis problémánk a részletekkel, csak 2 főre készítették elő a szobát 4 helyett. A kommunikáció nem mindig ment könnyen, azt éreztem, hogy nincsenek felkészülve a románul nem beszélő turistákra. A reggeli nem rossz, de a érdemes korán menni, a kifogyó tálakat nem mindig töltötték újra. Parkolóhely nincs, de az utcán megoldható. Az elhelyezkedés jó, közel a központ. "

"The property fulfilled our needs perfectly. The only thing I would say that was not professional was a lack of response (none at all) to an email I had sent a few days prior departure, and also some of the staff were more friendly and helpful than others. One lady made you feel like you were putting her seriously out when all you were doing was asking a simple question or requiring some basic assistance. Ok for one night in transit

"The property was in a great location. Built in 1901 it was very atmospheric but as a listed building, modernising it must be a challenge. Very clean, fixtures and fittings old fashioned in keeping with the property. Plumbing dreadful. Shower pressure awful and air con insufficient so it was an uncomfortable night. Breakfast poor."
