値段の割に部屋が良くない。

フィリピンでは4星以上とかなり部屋のレートが高い方なのに、部屋のクオリティは安ホテル並みで良くない。

4スターとは言えない

景色はいいけど、ビーチサイド(プールサイド)スィートという、エクスペディアでは、一番高い部屋とは思え無い設定。タオルはバスタオルしかない。バスマットも無い！部屋の前で日帰り客が騒いだり、部屋の前を通過する人が多くてカーテンを開けられない。スィートの意味が無い！セキュリティボックスは、電池切れで電池交換してもらう。帰る日の朝には、エアコンも電池切れで操作不能。スタッフは、いい。 Wi-fiも部屋では入らない。土曜から火曜までいたけど、土曜、日曜の滞在は、避けるべき！

ホテル内のプールと目の前の海で一日遊べる

家族５人でPremium Deluxe Roomに一泊。従業員は皆フレンドリー。部屋は明るく清潔。Wifiもストレスなくつながる。お湯を沸かしたかったのでケトルをリクエストした所、５分ほどで持ってきてくれた。朝食は極めて普通のビュッフェ形式。

プールだけ入りに来た方が…

プールは波の出るプールやウォータースライダーなどが数種類あり、子供は大喜びでした。ただ宿泊施設に関しては古くて汚くてお風呂場はかびだらけ、バスマットすらなく、エアコンを切っても全館共通の古い建物のようで寒く、外との温度差で床は常にびしょびしょ。。1泊2万円ほどでしたが、別のホテルに宿泊してプールだけ入りに来れば良かったです。

思いっきり遊べるホテル

子供連れ大家族でビーチヴィラに宿泊しました。ホテル内にいくつものプールがあり、楽しくプールで遊べました。また、ビーチアクティビティも充分していて、満足出来ました。また来たいと思います。

Overall we had fun because the activities were plenty. I wish that the grounds were well maintained. Just so that it is pleasing to the eye. Staff was great. Food was excellent.

Its a good value for the money as you get to use the water park facilities as part of your stay and the free breakfast was very good. Only thing the rooms were smaller than they looked in the online pics. beautifull view of the ocean and mountains.

It’s not the same anymore when we first stayed there 3 years ago. In it’s haste to expand, it has items missing you would normally find in a hotel. It has failed to fix broken items in it’s property.

The number of pools, slides and amentities is very good at their price point. Lots of maintenance ongoing so hopefully everything in a few months will really look great

The rooms were clean and had good aircon. Our kids 9/12 enjoyed the water park. There are a lot of pools. But there is not really a beach and many rides were not available. It is nice for 2-3 days. It is very overpriced for what you get.

All the staff were very friendly. Many options for swimming pools and activities. Breakfast was great.

Although the property being old still family oriented .the staffs make sure the facility safe. Needs some more improvement.to amenities.the most important is my grand children have fun still looking forward to go back in the future 😊

Not happy with our stay

Hotel staff are not helpful at all specially front desk, one of them is LYKA. Calling the property is difficult no one is answering.

The staff was amazing and they were really accommodating. But I was very disappointed about the lack of beach in this property, after all, their name is "Whiterock Beach". The pictures are a bit deceiving. Although I feel bad about saying so because the staff really made up for what the property is lacking. The pools are outdated and there is no beach, lots of commercial business, and just not worth paying 250 a night for. It is more like a waterpark resort. We normally stay at Camayan beach but it was booked so we gave this one a try. Should've just walked into Camayan and gambled if there were any rooms available. Staff was super great though.

Whiterock is known for its waterpark, day and night activities, watersports, food, service, over all ambiance and teambuilding capabilities. Beach swimming is okay, but not that great. I recommend you to try our watersports (i.e, Jetski, banana boating, speadboating,parasailing and helmet diving) in your next visit to enjoy our beach area.

Sad experience

Sad hotel with unidentified charges.... All they want is ur money. No wifi, no service, very bad condition of room. Room had no standard facilities provided in even one star hotels.

Ok, but a bit tired

We had a good time, but a bit disappointed as it was quite simple and tired. On the good side the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Small things pulls it down, like metal sunbeds (painfull), extra payment for the floating island, extra payment for towels (expect to be included when it's called Resort), and also not so family friendly menu as no childrens menu or possibility to order half orders. Also no wifi in the rooms.

Great for family

Family trip to Subic. As we wanted something close to Manila we choose White Rock because of the waterpark. Beach is not at "White beach" and very small, but the waterpark in the resort is great. Pools for all ages. Resort is very clean, and staff super polite and friendly. Many activities, including gym, island hopping, zip-line, waterslides etc. Resort restaurant offer a great variety of local and international dishes of good quality. We visited in mid February which apparently is off season. We practically had the resort for our selves, bur service did not lack in any way.

식당에서 밥을 먹는 도중 의자위로 바퀴벌레가 기어다녔어요. 직원은 별로 대수롭게 생각하지 않네요. 하버포인트에서 차로 한참 들어가 위치가 별로에요. 주변 구경할 곳이나 관광지 식당 등 마땅한 곳이 없어요. 조식은 손님이 없어 뷔페운영울 하지 않았고 물놀이 시설도 2가지 정도만 운영하고 나머진 물을 잠궈놨어요. 게다가 여기저기 공사중이라 시끄럽고 불편했어요.

편안한 휴가 보냈습니다...

클락공항에서 1시간 남짓... 바로 앞에 바다가 너무 너무 좋았다... 워터파크도 한적하고 몇가지 되지않는 놀이시설이지만.... 알짜로 이루어진듯 해 대 만족이였다... 주변에 식당도 많고... 15분정도 거리에 한식당도 많이 몰려있어서... 식사해결하기도 매우 유용했다... 입구에 세븐일레븐이 있어 출출할때 이용하기 좋았으며... 특히... 객실앞...자쿠지는 비오는날 한적한 휴양을... 즐기기 좋았다... 다음에 꼭 한번 방문하고 싶다... An hour from Clark airport ... Right before the sea was so good ... The water park is a quiet and playful facility. It seemed to be made in the net and was a great satisfaction ... There are many restaurants around ... It's about 15 minutes away from the Korean restaurants. Meal solving was also very useful ... There was a Seven-Eleven at the entrance, so it was good to use when ... Especially ... In front of the room ... Jacuzzi is a relaxing holiday on a rainy day ... Good to enjoy ...
