The staff are absolutely top tier to the point they are always checking in on you and also seeking constant feedback which it is a massive plus. It's a nice villa, and I'd recommend it with a few nuances. There's plenty of space, comfortable beds, the air conditioning worked well, and a nice pool. Parking is nearby if you need it. I didn't see the beach, but I really liked the small Mensa restaurant, 5-7 minutes from the house. What I didn't like: it was a bit difficult to find at night; there's construction going on all around, which creates some additional noise. If you're in the pool, you can be clearly seen from the kitchen window from the construction site across the street; there are no curtains on the window. Neighbors from the second floor can see you in the pool. The area itself is still in its infancy; there are some shops with the bare essentials, but it's not suitable for discerning travelers.
