Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located amazing home in Sturgis, SD, hosted by Prickly Pear Properties - where "All the women are strong, the men are good looking, and the vacation rentals are above average."

The Black Hills Basecamp is a 2 bed/1 bath that can host 6 people (2 queen beds, 1 sofa sleeper). Conveniently located in the Black Hills and the *perfect* location for the Sturgis Rally! A small garage can hold 2-4 bikes!

Perfect for families, couples, and friends!

The space: Modern, updated, cozy, and stylish house. Thoughtful details throughout!

Guest access: The entire house is your's to enjoy!

Other details: We're < 30 minutes to Rapid City, Deadwood/Lead, Spearfish and other parts of the Black Hills, and 1.5 hours to Custer State Park where you can see the "fluffy cows."

A pack 'n play is available for an additional $25 per stay.

We have a Tesla charger on-site, in the parking space next to the house.

Very very nice well kept home. I would definitely stay at this location again. One block from Lazelle St. Noise was not a problem, window units make just enough noise to drown out motorcycle noises, and keep the house cool in the summer. Nice large front porch, could use an awning to block the west sun in the future. Beds are comfortable, shower is large and pretty must everything is supplied. And again this place is super clean. Loved it!

Stop your scrolling and pick Base Camp to stay! This place is so charming, it has everything you need and the location is perfect! If we are ever in Sturgis again we will definitely be staying here!

Just one night…

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 and 13) stay for one night after 6 nights of camping in Yellowstone and Grand Tetons! This cute little house was the perfect spot for our first night back in “civilaization”. 😆 The house was adorably decorated, modern, clean, and the beds were so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond! Great experience!

Black Hills Base Camp

Great property and location in Sturgis. 10 minute walk to Main Street. Central location to explore Mt Rushmore, Devils Tower, Black Hills and Badlands. Clean remodeled property, friendly and attentive hosts. No question, would stay here again.

Family wedding

My sister and stayed at the BASE CAMP driving from NW Iowa to attend our nieces wedding. This home was perfect for us. In the heart of downtown Sturgis. The wedding was in June so it was quiet and peaceful. Close to anything downtown Sturgis! The home was very clean, the owners did an amazing job of remodeling! Krista and Aiden did not miss a beat of meeting a guests needs and comfort. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning and cute strung lights for our evenings on the porch. Definitely wish to stay here again!

Awesome place!

The host was amazing and always stayed in contact through our trip. She was always willing to answer my questions and left us an awesome welcome basket with treats! My friends could not stop raving over how cute the cabin was and how generous the host was! Definitely would stay here again!

Great place with lots of little touches

This house was comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay. Great communication with the Krista, who made sure our stay was easy and warm (she made sure the heaters were on). Very convenient to everything. It was a great weekend made easier by the fact that I didn't have to stress about where my family was staying. The brochures were a very nice touch and the notes made life a little easier. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great Place

We booked just a week or so out from the rally and the place was amazing! walking distance from everything! the place was spotless! we will return! sleeps 4 adults with the use of pull out couch Maybe 7 if 3 couples and one solo on top bunk.. Parking was tight but we got our 18' inclosed trailer between the house and garage and the truck sideways infront of it so nothing was parked in the street.. they let us use the garage for are bikes and we got 3 bagers and one smaller street bob inthere so that was nice also.. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE AWSOME PLACE!!
