Very clean rooms and specially bathrooms we parked our bile right in front of our room which has easy access to pool and hot tub and the manager Shah is a very loving person. Plenty of parking for trailer, trucks or anything and right on exit 32. Definitely coming back again

Very good location, just next to the Sturgis sign and Common Cents is also next door open 24 hours. The room was very big and clean and bathroom also very spacious. Pool and hot tub was very nice and have many things to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and help us a lot. We needed a room in ground floor and they give us free upgrade. We really appreciate this and had very good stay.

This motel is very nice. The staff is so friendly & accommodating! My door key needed a new battery which meant dismantling the entire lock. The manager took care of it immediately even though it was quite late. The hot tub is exceptional!! Some people may not appreciate the train going by but I loved it! It reminded me of home. When I checked out the young man at the desk suggested another route to Rapid City and it was fabulous!!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

this place is very run down. Wouldnt stay there again. Beds not comfi. 3 people staying in hotel and wanted to stay in a room that faced the parking lot to watch my bike and told they couldnt. With the state of the facility Id of thought theyd be willing to switch my room. Stay in deadwood insead

Front desk seemed annoyed and overly tired.Key did not work. Back to office. New key. When we walked in the room, it smelled like wet dog w/mange. The noise from the highway and the freight train was so loud we thought the door was open.The room was almost as dirty as the smell. We asked to change rooms. He went and checked to make sure a room was available and switched us rooms on the other side of the hotel. When we entered the room, somebody else's bags were already in there. We then went back to the office,another gentleman helped us and told us that the first room is the only room that they have available.We went back to the room(again key didnt work)only to realize the toilet was running about as loud as the highway and train. I did not even sit in the chair because it was so dirty. We started shopping around for other hotels to stay at, and as I had my finger over the button to confirm at another hotel, the gentleman came up and told us he had another room and he would just stick a late night driver in that one and hope they just wanted to sleep. We switched rooms only because after 12 hours on the road we were tired. The bed sagged so much I slept in the other bed because we kept rolling into each other and couldnt move. No breakfast to speak of in the morning (8am) they had a couple pieces of toast and some cereal. Noone to help with that. This is the 2nd time we stayed here. 1st was okay. This time, we will NEVER stay again. And the hot tub was not even hot.

We had a great stay here! We love sturgis!! The motel was food. The pool area is beautiful!! Could of used a fee more towels and washcloths. Otherwise nice stay!

Upon arrival the gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He helped us get s lay of the surrounding area. He’s was great! The next day I went to front desk to get the second card reactivated. Don’t know why it didn’t work. Asked for towels for showers we stayed 2 days and they said to put our dirty outside and they would get us towels. They never did. Then in the morning there was no coffee. Very sad but we dealt with it.

We stayed at Sturgis Lodge and Suites last year and it was ok, the price was excellant. This year we stayed and it was very nice, there was a lot of upgrades. We stay here every year for the past 3 years our stay has been very nice. Thank you very much.

Things started out wrong right from the beginning! We had booked and prepaid for a room with a King bed. My husband has some medical issues which require that he have room for a special pillow. We checked in went to the room to discover that the room had 2 double beds. I went & spoke to the clerk who informed me he had given our room to an older couple who didn’t want to be on the second floor. I explained my husband’s health problems & he told me he had no queens or kings left as he had given our room away. My husband also has lung issues so it was extra work for me packing everything upstairs. We also are older. The fan runs constantly in the room making it difficult to sleep because of the noise. He told me all the rooms were like that & it’s a vent! It is very noisy. The other thing was the lousy wifi. Couldn’t get on it!! The clerk did bring a small heater to the room as it was cold. The breakfast was decent but if you can stay elsewhere I would! We were not compensated for the difference in the price of the room either & yes I did ask!

Room was clean. Staff and owner VERY accommodating. For a continental free breakfast, it was better than other hotels I have stayed. Sausages, eggs, coffee etc was cooked properly and not dried out. Quiet location. Only four minutes to the center of Sturgis activities. Will be back !
