It’s a very well-appointed property and everything is labeled and easy to find. Every question in the run up to the stay was answered quickly and kindly. 「Property- lovely, clean, ample room for a group. Disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. First night - could not get in. Host tried to remotely fix the issue; ultimately we had to wait outside for 20 min for them to come access a garage to let us in. We learned it had been a problem with the previous guest & that they had gotten in through an open window. We were advised to leave the house unlocked if we went out because they would be with their grandchildren the next day & unavailable....
