"The house is rather small and you can tell it’s a vacation rental with some things need fixing, but it’s a great house for a family to stay in. The pool and enclosure is awesome. We spent every night relaxing and swimming. The kitchen is well equipped and labeled so we didn’t have to search endlessly for things. I will definitely book this house again."

The location is also magnificent. My only feedback is some of the beds could be replaced with more comfortable ones and the stove needs to be upgraded. With that said, our stay was fabulous. "We rented three properties from Al during our time on Hutchinson Island for a week's duration. Nirvana Shores, Restoration Sands, and Xanadu. All three were fantastic!! We came for a large family reunion with a mix of age ranges from toddlers all the way up to grandparents. Everyone was accommodated. I think the best part of it all was that there was very little we had to prepare for. The place was FULLY stocked (i really mean fully!!). If there are any issues, Al has helpers in the area who...

The amenities at the house provide hours of entertainment and the location is perfect with a beach and river side.
