"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Maison partagée avec les propriétaires, non précisé dans l’annonce. Manque de liberté de part et d'autre . Cuisine, salon, télévision, terrasse communs .. Premier contact difficile car nous avions garé la voiture dans la propriété!!! ca s’est arrangé par la suite .des équipements existants mais pas mis à disposition, tel le lave vaisselle réservé aux propriétaires. The fenced yard with all of it;s trees and garden was perfect for us and our dog to enjoy the outside.The location of this villa is good for visiting places in Puglia and has good restaurants nearby. "The hotel is a perfect location for accessing the historic city. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, especially preparing the room for our child and providing extra service to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and cool with blackout shutters. Would stay again and highly recommend. The parking is on the street and may be hard to come by depending on the time of day, but this is not a reflection of the hotel, but something to know before going."
