Long narrow motor access (350 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Střížovice" 3 km, railway station "Střížovice" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, bathing lake "Ratmírovský rybník" 20 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane. Please note: baby equipment (extra).

Top floor: small walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Heating not available in all rooms. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the lake. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.
