Staff were terrific, rooms clean. Unfortunately ice was not available on any floor which was an inconvenience for me as I had had oral surgery during the stay. But it in no way ruined the stay, the front desk staff always accommodate me, just a bit of an inconvenience.

Staff was fantastic. The room furnishings are older and not in great shape. We were given a two queen room when reserved a king. Not a big deal.

Love this hotel! Absolutely beautiful - from the pool on the harbor, to the atrium, to the restaurant - it's truly outstanding. The staff is also incredibly accomodating. I forgot several articles of clothing and they mailed them to me immediately. I highly recommend the Sagamore Pendry!
