In the summer months, Stratton offers 27 holes of world-class golf and you can purchase daily walk-in access to the facilities at the Training and Fitness Center.

Whatever adventures your stay brings, the condo comes completely remodeled and well-appointed for relaxing home comfort. The sunny living area features an open layout designed for family gatherings, with a plush sectional, a smart TV, and a wonderful wood-burning fireplace furnished for casual downtime. The private balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee or après-ski cocktails. A full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, is equipped for easy home cooking and cleanup. There are plenty of coat racks and room for boots in the front foyer. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Cute condo but no air conditioning
This condo is nicely updated and cared for. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. I did not confirm that the unit had air conditioning before I booked and found it to be very hot and humid. There is no central system to circulate any air. There are separate wall heating units in each room. The high temperature was in the 80's and 90's during our stay and the condo was very hot and humid with zero air circulation. After I called, 2 box fans were dropped off. That helped a little but it was uncomfortable staying there. I would stay again in the winter but not in the summer. I would also add that there is no mountain view. This is the bottom unit. The front is is below the parking lot level and the back is ground level. Your view in the back is onto trees with homes on the other side of the tree line.

We stayed in summer for a wedding. This is a ground floor unit, with very limited views, and poor airflow. No AC and no fans supplied, that would have helped. It's an older unit, small but what was there worked. Windows need updating, and screens.

Great location and clean
The location was great. The condo itself was very clean, and had everything you needed. I had limited communications with the managers and received my check out instructions after we left... Lots of noise from the upstairs neighbors. There are no drawers in the condo, and the closets were full of extra blankets with limited hangers.
