"Nice pool, was warm even on a cold night. We’ve stayed here before and the room upgrades are very nice. Not perfect but for the price point it is great. Clean beds. Found a few things that weren’t clean, spot on the floor when we had to move the bedside table to reach the plug, what looked like a pee stain on the shower curtain or at least something else that was very yellow. Things that could be easily missed. Floors left a brownish stain on our socks. NBD, wear socks. Other main touch areas were all clean. "

"Property really close to Victoria Hospital where we had an early morning appointment and since we don’t live in London it was perfect for us. Property really clean, comfortable and inviting, plus breakfast included is always a bonus."

"This is a clean well maintained hotel close to key places like the local arena, where they have concerts, wrestling shows, junior hockey games, and a 15 minute walk or short cab from the VIA rail station. It is next door to a homeless shelter which might bother some, but I didn't have any issues. I would stay here again if I was going to a show."

"Everything about our visit was amazing. There is really only one complaint, brought my grand daughter to london for the air show, shes 8, she was looking so forward to the water slide at the pool, only to find out it only runs on the weekends. Don't understand why. Other than that the place was very nice, very clean, and beautiful scenery to enjoy. "
