Your Stowe adventure begins at this lovely 3-bedroom property. With a king bed, twin beds, queen bed, and sofa bed, there's plenty of space for guests to relax. This renovated home in Stowe's historic district is steps away from a grocery store, shops, restaurants, the ski-lift shuttle, the famous Stowe Trail and many other local attractions. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

•Strip and place the sheets on laundry floor. •Leave comforters and mattress pads on beds. •Place towels in the washer and start the normal cycle, any excess towels on laundry floor.
•Don't mix colors and white laundry. •Load any dirty dishes into dishwasher and run 'normal' cycle. Do not include cutting boards or wooden spoons. •Turn off AC and the fans, set thermostats to 67.
•Place garbage/recycling bags in trash bins in dumpster located to the right of front door. Wooden door on the left is recycling, on the right is regular trash.

Great location in town, but beautiful woods and river our back provide privacy and peacefulness. Well stocked kitchen and good closet space to store gear in the front hall.

Great house by the stream!

This house is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved the balconies overlooking the stream. Everything was clean and tidy. We were 3 couples so the 4 bathrooms was very nice. The Stowe area is beautiful. We hope to return in the fall.

Very nice place with plenty of space for my family (5 of us, 3 adults and 3 kids). The bath towels were too small for the adults, but otherwise the place is well appointed and very clean.

Condo was spotless and very well equipped. Beds, linens, all comfortable and high quality. Two walk out balconies overlooking the river. Walk to everything downtown Stowe. Location is perfect. There is a garage and parking in front of unit. Very spacious and nicely decorated.

Perfect Family Vacation

Ben's property was the perfect spot for our family ski vacation to Stowe (4 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and 7)! The location was within short walking distance of the market (right next door), as well as shops and restaurants in downtown Stowe. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week. The communication with Ben was fast and easy. The shared master bathroom on the lower floor was awesome, and the creek behind the house provided great scenery! I would recommend this property to anyone, and will be sure to keep it on our list for the next visit to Stowe!

Perfect weekend in Stowe!

What can I say, this place was perfect! Location, location, location. Ben's property is beautifully appointed right in the middle of town. We could walk to the grocery store and restaurant and shops, and never take the car. The home was perfect. It was really nicely done, felt quite luxe. The back view of the creek felt like total privacy. It was great for my family as we stayed in the basement with the kids close by. This will definitely be our go to when we come back to Stowe.

Great home in a fantastic location!

My group (two adults, one teenager, and one tween) had a fantastic stay at this property!! The space had everything we needed with plenty of space for our group to spread out. Parking in Stowe is tricky, so we appreciated having dedicated parking at this property and being a very short (5 minutes) walk to downtown Stowe for dining out. It was also very convenient having a market right next door. We had all the perks of being close to town but felt delightfully secluded when we sat on the balconies and listened to the waters of the Little River. All spaces and amenities were as advertised — kitchen had everything we needed, all spaces were clean, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow/blanket options to choose from, and towels were plush. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Stowe! Check-in was very easy and George communicated well with us. One person in our party accidentally left behind a backpack with valuables in it, and George immediately notified us so we were able to turn around and pick it up while the space was being cleaned. Much appreciated. :-)

Amazing Stay

I visited with my family in June for a short weekend trip and had an amazing time. The property was clean and well equipped. I would be cautious for families with very small children, but for my family (teens and up) it was perfect for our needs. We loved the proximity to the town of Stowe because everything was just a short walk away. The small market in the adjacent parking lot was also a extremely convenient and had everything that you could ask for. I would recommend this property to anyone I know visiting Stowe in the future!

Very convenient property. Walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. A market is next door. Great / easy communication with the owner. 3 bedrooms that can fit 6 comfortably and then more on a pull out couch and cot. 3 parking spaces are available which was helpful for our group.
