"The staff was great! At first appearance things looked and smelled clean. I just noticed some dust on the baseboards and on the lamps but only because I was with my 2 year old and was at some weird angles picking things up. Clean towels and bedding, and the bed was comfortable! Overall I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was quite comfortable and clean, albeit a bit dated - I can’t remember the last time I saw a VHS tape player. It was really nice having a small deck and view of the water - I would say to get a room on the second floor to take advantage of that pleasure. One quick note for those booking on Expedia - call after doing so to confirm your booking as it was noted by the front desk that Expedia overbooks their establishment at times."

"This is a great place to stay instead of a motel (more character !) or camping (more comfortable!). We were in the bungalow/studio - the one with a private en-suite bathroom which was super handy to have plus a kitchen of our own. The unit is nicely decorated. It is right off Highway 6 so do not expect some 'off the beaten path' spot. The place itself is nice. There is an old trailer out back that makes that part look a bit junky but that part is not on rent ! Kitchen has the basic items - dishes, mugs, forks, knives but no spoons, etc. We really liked the ambiance - much nicer than a motel room!"
