Otherwise i was well equipped and right on the dam. We were there during the drought so it was not at its best. A nice stay for a couple of quiet nights. "

With elderly parents the house was very well furnished and so comfortable and warm with plenty of lighting and areas to relax. Has an open fire which would be cosy in winter but creates a lingering smoky smell in the cottage (which moderates after you open up the doors and windows).
