「I forgot to tell desk at check out room 134 seems to have a drain fly issue. They are small fruit fly looking bugs that were in sink and shower area. They are harmless just annoying. Also the water was extremely hot, even on halfway. Could be dangerous. Overall, our stay was great!」
「On first floor, couldn't hear anyone above or next to us. The room was very spacious. Only thing we didn't like, we had a suite room and you had to go into the separate bedroom area to get to the bathroom.

「Hotel room/space is good especially the bathroom. The breakfast is modest/ok.
I love the hotel quiet environment, and it's noise free if like to work remotely and rest.
The hotel elevator and hallways smells like an old building.
There is room for improvement: The hotel needs to place elevator sign visible for guests to see (especially for first-time guests). And, the elevator and hallway needs air freshener diffuser for good smell and ambience.
