「As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. 」

「交通機関の遅延の関係で急遽チェックインの時間が遅くなってしまったのですが、チェックインについて問い合わせのメールを送るとすぐにチェックイン方法についてのお返事を下さり、安心してホテルに向かうことが出来ました。滞在中も要望に対してすぐに対応してくださりとても有難かったです。 また、バス停からも近く、周辺にはレストランやスーパーもあり便利でした。」

「Great hotel in a perfect location overlooking the river. I had a comfortable stay - the room and especially the bathroom were very small (I struggled to close the bathroom door without squeezing behind it) The breakfast was very nice and made to order with quality ingredients. Check in was good but the reception staff should inform guests that the key ring for the hotel room also acts as a fob for the hotel gates. 「The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother」
