"The room was dusty, bathroom door wouldn't close. The bathroom was dirty. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people. The bathroom was remodeled poorly."

"Property was clean enough. But our room was right next the ice and vending, the toilet wobbled, their hot water heater was broken (which we were warned about at check in) and the breakfast was pretty disappointing. Ok stay if you don’t expect much. "

"We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues."

"We stayed at the London House recently. It was the perfect place for my family of 4. The place was very clean and communication with the owner was excellent. Will definitely stay here again when we visit my nephew in Spring Hill. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the rain on the roof."
