"Requested a non- smoking room and found burns from a cigarette on the bed sheets and what was left of the cigarette in the toilet. Facility was notified and said they would make a note. You could tell that hadn't vacuumed either. There was soap in the bathroom and when i turned the shower on a SCREW fell out of the handle which barely worked to begin with. "

"Breakfast was very good though it would be nice if it lasted until at least 10am. The room was clean and comfortable but the blackout curtains did not close and the lights from the airport were very bright coming through the sheer curtains "

"The employees here clearly take pride in their work. The room was clean, the staff were probably some of the friendliest that I have encountered at a hotel, and the breakfast was way better than most hotel breakfasts. We stayed here for the Little Rock Marathon weekend, and it was the perfect distance to walk to the race and not have to deal with parking. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The carpet was dirty in and outside, the tub had paint chipping off. It was two of us in the room they gave us one hand towel. The elevator was raggedy and there was a man that didn’t work there, went into the kitchen net and poured water in the milk and put it back in the frigerator and everyone thought you guys did that disgusting thing. I wouldn’t dare stay there again"

"Room was clean. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was edible. Convenient parking and safe area. Only complaint is it's loud. Walls are paper thin...I could hear every door slam, the elevator, and the neighbor's conversation over the tv."
