"Me and my wife stayed on the third floor for two nights when we got there the entire third floor smelled like urine and also the smell of cooking food when we got to the room we seen roaches and ants on our walls. then the parking lot it looked like someone had cleaned out a car and just threw it all over the ground and left it there there was clothes just left thrown about the parking lot. The shower would only get lukewarm. The best part about this day was leaving."

"Breakfast was great and plenty of choice and nice food. Could not get a tea kettle though in the room so difficult for drinks if you can’t drink caffeine like me. Had to also ask for coffee machine as shown in the hotels pictures of the rooms as they have now removed them all. Coffee machines are in reception only with a hot water dispenser which regularly rubs out of water!!! The room as ok but ALOT of noise from the road right out side the room and AC very loud both things made sleep difficult!! Would not stay again unfortunately. "

"The room itself was just ok. It seems as if cleaning is very rushed. The corners in the room and hallways were quite dusty. The whole place seemed runned down and old but the rooms had newer upgrades. The pool area definitely does not look like the photos. The AC had to run constantly in order to keep the room at 71 degrees and it was pretty loud. The main issue I had is that I reserved a king suite via hotels.com but was given a basic double queen room on arrival. When I mentioned I reserved and paid for a king suite, the employee said there was nothing she could do since there were no king suites available. I’m currently working with hotels.com to be reimbursed for the difference. We chose this specific hotel since it was the only one that offered a shuttle to the Sanford airport and they were accommodating to that. While most staff was kind to our faces, the one that checked us in seemed to be irritated or annoyed when speaking to other guests on the phone. Overall it served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay again if I didn’t have to and I wouldn’t recommend it unless someone really needed the Sanford airport shuttle. "

"On the question regarding grounds maintenance I gave it a 4 but it should have been NA. There is a lot of construction adjacent so a score is unfair. My major concern is the bathroom. There was an extraordinary amount of mold in the shower-tub caulking. Very unappealing and unclean."
