She also fixed her healthy porridge for my husband - she and her husband are both so kind and helpful. The village is small, but has several nice restaurants, and many beautiful walking trails. "Leider ist diese Ferienwohnung recht veraltet. Im Bad fühlt man sich zurück versetzt in die 80er Jahre.Duschen in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und an dem Griff an der Badewanne sollte man sich besser nicht festhalten.Die Spinnweben in den Ecken und die Flecken auf den Stuhlpolstern und Teppichen stellen die Endreinigung für 75,- in Frage. Bei Eintreffen der Wohnung war diese recht kalt und musste erst aufgewärmt werden. Sehr schön ist allerdings das Schwimmbad.Für zwei Tage war es gerade so...

"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). Would stay here again. Beautiful walk along the road the hotel sits on. "

"Oberstdorf is a beautiful hiking paradise with plenty of Hotels. Hence there is no need to stay in the sub-par Fuggerhof where you are put into a basement room while the unfriendly front desk staff tries to up-sell you into an above ground room - as if that were a special feature. Just to be clear - there was no mention of below ground rooms during booking and the basement room wasn't a walkout basement but did have a small window at the top of the wall, eye-level with the grass roots of the ill maintained backyard. We prefer to stay in an honest hotel with honest business practices. "
