"We weren't really impressed and should have asked for a refund. When we arrived we got a room key and went to the room she wrote down and another couple was entering the room. That's was awkward and embarrassing, they had already been staying in that room for a couple days. So then we had to go back down to get another room, when we got in and unpacked we discovered the TV did not work. Now that was rediculous! Now we had to wait for another room because she was busy. I would really like management to give us a refund or do something else for us because I expected more from this hotel. It wasn't the poor girls fault either, she was all alone! On a Saturday afternoon! Why would any management leave only 1 person to run the whole hotel?? Whoever the manager is needs some management training!!! It was totally unacceptable!"
