Staff on reception was friendly. No lift, had to walk up three flights of stairs. Room cozy. No tea facilities. Easy transportation.

Room was exactly as pictured, clean and check in was smooth no issues.

I had a rough start at the hotel because there was nobody there when I wanted to check in. then there was a screw up with not being able to get back into the room with the card which could have been partly my fault. But again, it took a while to find someone who could deal with that. People from out of country don't always have capacity to phone someone, so that's not a good substitute for not having staff on site. Also, there's no free wifi, and the wifi that you pay for isn't very good. But I do want to say that, once those issues were dealt with it was great. If you're just looking for a good clean place to sleep, with good beds, linens and storage areas, this is a great place. Free, good wifi would really help too.
