"Standard King room is nicely laid out, spacious. Excellent shower with great water pressure. Nice chaise lounge is a good touch. Mini fridge actually cold! Staff is friendly & knowledgable about the area. You do have to navigate areas in lobby with small sets of steps, again enroute to elevator. A minor flaw in design but annoying with a heavy roller suitcase where wheels become useless. Hotel is within a block of GWU metro station/ readily close to DCA airport… very accessible"

This year, I chose the Lyle over the conference hotel because Lyle is a beautiful, gem boutique hotel with the luxury of a 5 Star property in the heart of Dupont, walkable, convenient, safe, excellent fitness center, and stellar customer service. That delicious banana bread welcome gift may have also influenced my decision to come back!😃"

"This is a top notch hotel bustling with great vibes. The bar has fantastic cocktails and atmosphere...busy but relaxing and lively. The Junior Suite was fantastic and service was outstanding. The water in DC is odd, so we were thrilled that they gave us water bottles each day. Only issue was street noise, but that comes with a busy area in any state. Loved this place and location was fantastic!"

"The stay at the hotel was very pleasant: a big, clean room — larger than in many similar hotels. The staff were nice and helpful. On the day of our checkout, my husband didn’t feel well and we had a late flight home, so the administrator kindly gave us a late checkout free of charge. The only disappointing thing was that there was no complimentary breakfast, as stated on your website."
