「My family and I stayed here for 7 days and made it as our base for our Switzerland trip. I could not have been more happy staying at this hotel. We stayed at the family room where it has A/C and to top it off there is a fan in the room which we used to circulate the air. Mind you, we were here in July - the middle of summer heat. Common complain I read is the noise of train passing by - but, the room seem to have been improved with double pane windows which helped reduced the noise...
