「Disappointing room n staff. We booked double bed room but it was two separate single beds, impossible to connect. there’s no door you inter to room from a window. The front staff yelled to the guests, instead of yelling to staff and trained well. After we did chencked-out n returend key to a nice staff, A rude staff come n yelled to us “stop by to front to do check out properly!! “, “ You know, this is a hotel, you should come to front!!” like ordering to his own kids. 「We had a late arrival flight in Heraklion, and needed to rest before driving to Chania. We stayed here one night, and were very impressed by the studio, it was functional, beautiful and in rather pristine condition for a rental studio. We were more exhausted than we anticipated, and the hostess noticed and offered us without us asking to get some extra sleep until she had cleaned the other studios. We were pleasantly surprised with multiple factors and would without a doubt return & recommend...
