Naxos Evilion

"We originally chose this hotel not only for the convenient location, but because we had read so many amazing reviews about the owner, Nektarios. After staying here, I completely understand why! This is a legitimately upscale, beautifully maintained, family-owned hotel, and the hospitality is exceptional. Nektarios is absolutely amazing. Born and raised in Naxos, he gave us fantastic local recommendations and went above and beyond, even helping us with transportation at no extra charge. The complimentary homemade lemonade and desserts made by his family were delicious and such a special touch. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained, and the cleaning staff is wonderful. They also provide free beach towels, which is incredibly convenient. The café is great, and hotel guests receive 15% off. St. George Beach is within easy walking distance and was our favorite beach in Naxos. It is a beautiful cove with calm, shallow water and practically no waves, perfect for kids. We tried some of the more touristy beaches but honestly preferred St. George because it felt less commercialized and more relaxing. The bus stop for the other beaches is literally across the street. Bottom line: I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Nektarios and his staff alone deserve 5 stars, and when you add the location, cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality, this place is 5 stars PLUS PLUS PLUS. 12/10 if I could!"

"This was a 10/10! The property is in the southwest end of the island, about a 35-40 minute drive to Naxos Town. It is on a sand and gravel road, like much of Naxos, across the street from a lovely inlet. The pool is immaculate and the pool bar is a wonderful amenity. From the moment we walked onto the property until our departure, every single staff member was pleasant and helpful. The beaches nearby- 8-10 minute walk- are gorgeous. Highly recommend Finikas!!"
