"We had a lovely stay which included access to the Spa. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The spa facilities were excellent."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was decent, though not very close to the city center. The breakfast was nice and a pleasant addition to the stay. However, there was very loud noise from a bar behind the hotel that continued until the morning, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the shower had no door, which meant there was no privacy for anyone sharing the room. I also wish the hotel had an indoor pool. The area around the hotel felt less comfortable at times, with many homeless people searching through trash nearby."

"Super large room, we got the family room with the pull out sofa bed. Was all comfy enough, when we requested an extra sheet they were happy to provide and someone was at the desk 24/7. There was also a washing machine with a free pod so after swimming we did a small batch of washing. Also super great walkable location "

"The hotel is absolutley stunning! Decorated and furnished as if it's still a palace but with a modern touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spread at breakfast was incredible and everything was fresh and well presented. We would definitley stay there again and highly recommend it."
