When I checked into the room, I was told there would be an additional $50 charged to my card in case of damages that would be refunded the next day, which is fine, however it took 3 days for the money to be refunded. The bathroom was not clean, and it had hair and used toiletries from the previous guests. The breakfast selection was very limited and of low quality, and I noticed in the dining area that one of the food related certifications framed on the wall...
