"We had an amazing stay at this property! The home is exactly as advertised — the views of the city and mountains are stunning and truly make the space feel special. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the layout was perfect for our family of five. The hot tub and sauna were huge hits after long days out exploring, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably at home. The living area was cozy and inviting, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Great fireplace, easy to use.The host was responsive, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Overall, this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in — comfortable, well‑equipped, and in a fantastic location. We’d happily rent here again."

"The hotel caught on fire about an hour after check in. We requested a refund for the first night of a 3 night stay and were offered a complimentary room for a future stay. I explained that I lived in another state and the other guests lived in another country so a future stay would never be used. They said sorry they would not offer anything more. Add insult to injury Expedia insurance said they would only offer $300 for future travel. BW 2024 annual revenue was $1B and Expedia's was almost $15B...thanks for the $300 in store credit, I'll take it up with Discover. You both should get into another industry because hospitality is not your forte."
