"Nice staff, clean room and environment, quiet surroundings."

"I arrived, on the bed there was a used towel with some yellow markings. The AC was not working and nobody was available or responded to my request to change the room or get someone to fix the AC at least (it was a very hot day). Wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for that price ! "

"The worse hotel i had ever experienced. Old, loud and the room was at a different building far from the restaurant. "

"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

One of the great selling points is the excellent location, particularly for those interested in the fortress and the Albrecht Durer house. We are planning a return trip next year, and will definitely stay here again!"
